I’ve had a wonderful full year of agenting. Me and two authors went out on sub in January of 2024. We saw many highs (Mad it to acquisitions! Positive feedback! Confirmation of receipt!!!). We also received passes from promising editors, at acquisitions, and ultimately met the end of the road with some manuscripts (for now).
But I wanted to take the time to highlight some of the biggest things I did as an agent in 2024!
2024 Highlights
- Went out on sub with four different manuscripts.
- Signed two amazing authors
- I signed Diana Carolina and Katie Rensch this year and I am so excited for what’s to come for these two amazing authors!
- Moved from TPA to FinePrint Literary!
- Received over 2k queries this year — thank you all for trusting me with your work!
- Met with so many amazing editors. Book people really are the best people.
- Attended conferences and met authors from AL, GA, and IL.
- Grew closer with other agents that I now call friends.
